It is Li Chun tomorrow and technically the start of the Year of the Fire Horse. However, in our previous post, we mentioned that by calculating the interchange between the residual and new energies, we realise that the impact of the Fire Horse will hit us with full force from June to Sept period 2026. Therefore watch out for major world crisis, uncertainties and economic issues during that period. For those who are prepared, with every crisis comes an opportunity. For most of us, just keep calm and carry on.
And yes, please do not waste your time queuing to deposit money or what noth during Li Chun. This is not Chinese custom and neither is it fengshui. It is just another urban legend. Everyday is a good day to save money and there is simply no specific auspicious hour for doing so.
For those who are wondering about the yearly forecast, please do not be unduly worried about it if you find yourself at the bottom of the list. Yes, the yearly zodiacs do have an impact (especially if one is clashing the Grand Duke), but they only form 25% of one bazi four pillars which itself is just one of the many factors affecting one’s destiny. Hence, yearly forecast are often a hit and miss thing and some outspoken practitioners have spoken out harshly against it. But then again, what’s with having a little fun. For 戊&己, the year is generally favourable for gaining new knowledge, studies or gaining in intellectual pursuits. Got that course you have putting off for a while? Now is the time to revisit it. You may finding yourself suddenly looking to upgrade yourself.
For 庚&辛，one can expect to be working harder than usual. Provided other stars align, there are chances for increase reputation, new job offer, increases stress or responsibility. You may have an increase preoccupation with wealth related pursuits.
For 壬&癸 , females may have the chance of meeting somebody special. Avoid over indulgence and be careful about one’s health.
These are likely scenarios that will occur depending on one’s Day Master in 2026. Combine this with the yearly zodiac and form your own story. To be even more effective, one can even examine the specific stems and branches inside one’s bazi chart and tell the story according to the respective palaces.
